I still use TW, but I'm in Rochester's coverage area at home (Akron).
Their service and staff are the exact OPPOSITE from Buffalo. In 4 years
of service, I think my network's been down twice for no longer than an
hour. (well, three if you count the October storm). Their tech support
has been extremely helpful - the last tech even helped me out with a
minor linux problem even though they don't officially support it ("about
half of us in the center use it").

I hate to see people lose their jobs during a reorganization, but maybe
Buffalo should have cleared out it's staff and started over. You figure
if the current Adelphia employees can't manage quality service, what
good is a name/equipment change going to do?
