My 2 cents. . . it's really worth about that.

I've bought used, refurbed, etc. hard drives in the past, and they have 
always failed in about a year or sooner.  I have learned my lesson - i 
will NEVER buy a hard drive unless it's brand-new and sealed. 
(Notarized is good too if there are cyber Notaries Public.)

I warned you. . . two cents.
