Laptop Questions?

Hey,

Thanks for you help but if i order a laptop and since they come with the
os installed do you know if dell or toshiba or whatever send nstall cds of
some kind so i can  reinstall windows on the partion i made since i paid
for teh os anywayz. Thanks again.
