mailing list unavailability 15 June after 6:00pm

i pushed the TTL's down to 3600; 1 hour, earlier this week to speed to
the propagation. we're going to put the new machine out on the net late
tomorrow morning, early afternoon to take care of the last minute
tweaks. everything is working smoothly on a test network, even though
the test network mimics the production environment i always expect
problems.
