[nflug] Ontario Linux Fest Invite

For those of you that are wondering you must be prepared to show proof
of citizenship to cross the border.  A passport is preferred, but you
can also use a birth certificate in combination with a Driver's
license, or an enhanced driver ID.  The toll is $3.50
