Find H+V synch numbers

You should be able to see the sync rates on the back of the monitor. If 
not, check the manufacturer for the specs on the monitor. If you had 
Linux running with that monitor previously and you can get at the 
/etc/X11/XF86Config file, you could have a look at that file to see what 
the sync rate was that it used.
