[nflug] Unintended text pasting in Thunderbird - and maybe elsewhere

When I write emails (and maybe in OpenOffice too - I'm not sure), I
click somewhere to move the cursor (since it's on the touchpad and I'm
not looking at it when this happens, I'm not sure if it's a left or
right click).
Usually, it just works, but sometimes, a bunch of text - probably from
the klipper clipboard gets inserted and completely messes up what I'm
doing. An undo fixes it, but it's highly annoying.
Any idea what's causing this and how to disable it?
When I was writing the email before this, it happened and I ended up
pasting a nine page article into the subject line! It's a tribute to
Linux and Thunderbird that the whole thing didn't crash, but you get the
idea why I don't like this "feature".
