Hey all -

Sorry to spam the list with this, but I figure someone might be interested.

My company is currently looking for developers for some projects we
have in the pipe.  We are looking for a Senior level position as well
as several Junior level positions.  This is not for web development,
it is for internal application development.  I can't get into
specifics on the open list, but this is for some very cool stuff that
is in a cutting edge field.  We're not designing accounting systems,
so the projects and code will be new and exciting.

Job Posting:

Senior Developer -

This position is for a senior level developer who is familiar with
moving projects from concept to deployment.  Must have at least 7
years experience and a proven track record of success.  In addition to
technical skills, must be able to effectively communicate between
management and other technical staff both verbally and in written
form.

    Requirements:

     - Fluency in C, C++, or Java (Non-GUI based)
     - Familiarity with multiple scripting languages (Perl, PHP, Python, etc)
     - Experience with version control systems (CVS, Subversion)
        * Using, Maintaining, Configuring
     - Experience using debug tools and applications
     - Experience managing a team of developers
     - Must be able to pass a thorough background investigation

    Desirable Skills / Attributes:

     - Knowledge of file systems
     - Thorough understanding of Windows, Linux, Mac OSX
     - SQL
     - System administration experience
     - Experience with hardware level programming (Device Drivers,
embedded code, etc.)
     - Formal Computer Science Training (BS highly preferred)

Junior Developer -

This position is for a junior level developer.  This position will be
working closely with and directly for the senior developer.  Must have
at least 2 years experience working in a team environment.

    Requirements:

     - Fluency in C, C++, or Java
     - Familiarity with scripting languages
     - Excellent Code Documentation skills
     - Must be able to pass a thorough background investigation

    Desirable Skill / Attributes:

     - Formal Computer Science Training (BS highly preferred)
     - System Administration Experience (Formal or Informal)
     - Familiarity with Windows internals
     - Familiarity with Linux and / or Mac OSX internals is highly desirable
