[nflug] Packet8 and Ma Bell Blues

I use Packet 8 VoIP (since Sunrocket went under).  It worked fine until
today.

Now, when I dial local numbers (7 digits), I get trunk busy (fast busy
tone) or "your party isn't answering".  When I dial with 1-716- in
front, it works and when I dial the 7 digit number on my cell phone it
works.

Is anyone else on VoIP experiencing similar problems?  It's a little
suspicious being the last day of the month.

Any ideas on what I might say to Ma Bell to get a real answer or some help?
