[nflug] Deluge documentation?

Hi.  I'm trying out deluge (bit torrent app).  So far, it's very nice,
but I can't find any documentation on it in the help files or the web.

Any ideas?

What I want to know so far:
1) What are the numbers in parentheses in the statistics panel?

2) What are the implications of tweaking the upload/download parameters?

3) Do I have to worry about Verizon getting pissed off about deluge
"serving" the downloads back to the Internet?
