[nflug] Apt or yum

while i can't comment on redhat/fedora i can attest to the fact that
upgrading SuSE is a seamless operation. i've upgraded all of the
production servers in use here from SuSE 9.0 to 9.1 to 9.3 and some to
10.0 and never had one problem.
