[nflug] Apt or yum

I know upgrading Linux dists dont work that well clean
installs are better but I was wondering if its
possible to use yum to do a dist upgrade for ex from
Fed 4 to 5 or 5 to 6? This way you dont need to
download the cds just do the version upgrades with
yum. Is there a version of apt-get for Fedora 5? I
cant find rpm to download.
