Here's an idea.

WGU or www.wgu.edu has an online course to get your BA in information
technology, where all your top level classes are certs, here's the set
back all the certs are for M$. 
Here's the idea, since RedHat already has a certs program, they should
turn it into a college where you can get your certification in Linux or
..ehem.. RedHat and your BA or Masters.

so it probably already exists like that right?
