[nflug] What no one is this group can use free adverts?

I don't have a POTS line at all.  My phone is all VOIP. I use cell as backup.  My House Alarm system uses wireless to dial out.

That's why I was looking for an (FREE) online option.  If I really needed to fax I would jsut get a dedicated service - vonage, or other online acct.

when did hylafax die? it has a very active community and i can't think
of any other faxing software available on unix systems. i maintain the
Blastwave hylafax package for solaris so i monitor most of the email
lists and they are very busy. tpc is another story, and is pretty much dead.

jjn, if you have a fax modem setting up hylafax on one of your machine
shouldn't take more then 30 minutes. hylafax isn't trivial but it's not
rocket science, try faxsetup. checkout
