[nflug] strange email problem

The unbalanced means that you have unbalanced '>' character.  In Email
addresses, you might have "Cyber Source <peter at thecybersource.com>"  where you
have '<' and '>' bracketing the actual Email address.  Is it possible that her
'replyTo' in her configuration is missing one of the brackets?  Is it possible
that she is putting herself in the CC line missing one of the brackets?

Hope this gives you a clue...
