upgrading to gnome 2.12

Yeah I don't think it's actually out yet. If you go to gnome.org, it's 
not even available. The only thing I saw today was the preview page 
here: http://www.gnome.org/~davyd/gnome-2-12/ which says it's out today, 
but with no link to get it.
