[nflug] PHP Developement Tools

Macromedia Studio / Macromedia Dreamweaver is my favorite, which I still 
use today.  Of course, another favorite of mine is Sausage Software's 
"HotDog Pro"... www.sausage.com.  HotDog Pro has recently introduced 
updated PHP, SQL and Flash development.
