I have it's 160G little brother and 250 SATA drive on linux systems (Both P4 systems- bios recognized the drives correctly) and they work great-- I'm getting full capacity.

Hey all, before i buy this:
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=423018 <http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=423018&Sku=THD-2000JB%20P> &Sku=THD-2000JB%20P
I wanted to make sure Linux will see it fully. I see disclaimer on it warning for Winblows to see anything over 137gb it needs service pack 2. While this doesnt mean much to me I wanted to know if anyone has used a hard drive this big, or if theres any issues with a drive of this side being used in linux. thanks -Jesse
