RF Modulators

Mark, can you give examples of rf modulators to
broadcast MythTV. They vary greatly in price, so what
should one look for and/or avoid. The cheap ones run
on channel 3/4. The more expensive run on higher
channels. Which is better and why? And what filters to
use to block broadcasting out from your antenna/cable.
How does the pc (mythtv) connect to the modulator?
