finally- GnuCash

OK, I finally took the plunge and started using GnuCash, it took me all 
weekend to do it but I did it. Now that I know how this works, GnuCash 
rocks! The biggest hurdles I had to get used to was the "double entry" 
accounting system and the accounts in lieu of categories thing. Once I 
got that into my way of thinking and setup all my accounts (including 
all my credit card info, etc.), it was a breeze. Now I have absolutely 
NO/NADA dependence on ANY M$ or winblows based software!!!! M$ Money was 
the last piece of the puzzle to remove my dependence on winblows crap. I 
really hated telling my clients that I still used M$ Money and it was 
even harder to try and convert people to Linux without knowing (that is 
how to use it) of a good financial app for Linux. GnuCash is it!
  So, This also might be a good topic to show during a meeting, if we 
ever have those again.......I'm sure we can find a few guys in the group 
that would be interested in this (John Neff comes to mind). Maybe there 
are a few guys in the group that can further my knowledge of this app 
too? What do you all think?
