VOIP <-> PSTN Gateway?

Mark's right. A combo is a good idea for now. That way
if there are problems you have a backup service.
Here's my plan
1.verizon message waiting = $8.61 +tx ( because no dsl
w/out yet-> total scam!!!) :-(
2.nufone for long distance ( $.02/per min and pay as
you go)
3.Broadvoice $5.95 for 100 min or 9.95 unlimited in
state. (I think they do IAX also).
ps. i haven't got the bill yet but i've heard verizon
will charge more for line fee etc.. than the cost of
the service. Mark is this true?
