There was all sorts of stuff missing and missing steps needed. I wrote 
it all down and will post it when I get a chance, hopefully save someone 
else lots of hair pullin. I got it workin like a charm now. Biggest 
thing was the machine account but a much more important step was missing 
that I found, stay tuned.....
