Depends what you wanna do. IF you need to connect to provided analog lines (you
need the X100P cards (available on ebay for about $15-25 each (for clone boards
which work fine)

If you don't need to bridge to analog lines you just need a PC (PII400 or
faster) (i.e. for dealing with SIP phones, or IAX connections between asterisk
servers).
