For the first few days, at least, knoppix would be my choice, if only 
because of the fact that there is no 'install'.

Afterwords, they all start melding together.

I'm sure if you ask Dr. Boxer or Dr. Boeck for help, they would be more 
than glad.  They have been playing with Linux for over a decade.
