cmedia sound

remove the line "alias sound-slot-0 cmpci", that was put in by default 
when you installed the system. Also, just to be safe, and believe me, 
it's worked for me, whack all of whatever is in /tmp and then 
reboot.(just to restart all the necessary processes, etc)
