Wanted: PHP Programmer

A friend of mine asked me if I knew anyone who was a PHP Programmer and
sent me the following description, so I figured I'd post something up
here:

I'm looking for a PHP programmer to work part time, it will either be
for myself, or for a client of mine who resides in Buffalo (in which
case, I would just be setting you up with them). 
 
The application you would be working on involves a MySQL backend
(innodb/myisam), XML, and of course PHP. 
 
I'm not looking for someone who knows "a little" about PHP, you've got
to know your stuff the pay would run ~$10/hr depending on skill level. 
 
I require a resume and a php code sample.
