OpenOffice.org 1.1.1 is a major imporvement over 1.1.0. Anybody who
doesn't have it, should get it. At least in Windoze, it's much better.

You can already disable the splash screen by changing the line "Logo=1"
to "Logo=0" (or putting it there if it doesn't exist yet) in sofficerc
(or soffice.ini).
