Postfix Multiple Domains

I have a mailsever hosting multiple domains running
Postfix on RedHat 7.3. We are able to receive email
for these domains. What I am unsure of is how to set
it up to send email from mulitple domains. I am hoping
to not have to create 2 accounts for the individuals
needing to do this. Any thoughts would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.
