I forgot to mention...

The NFS/ AMD Automounter book from the Graig Hunt Linux Library (published
by Cybex) is an excellent read if you want more info.

O'Reilly's System Performance Tuning book also has some NFS info, but not
nearly as much as the Cybex book.
