which imap server are you using cyrus (my favorite), wu-imap, courier,
etc? if you're using cyrus i can send you the sendmail.mc file to create
the sendmail.cf. if you're using wu-imap then you don't have to do
anything special as is uses mbox format.
i'd also strongly recommend uninstalling the sendmail package that came
with your distribution and getting the lastest release of sendmail from
sendmail.org.
