Installing Netscape

Depends what kind of processor you have, if you have a Pentium class
processor that is the right RPM.  Yes it will work in Mandrake 9.1

uninstall would be as simple as rpm -e netscape.yadda.rpm.  what browser are
you using now?  It's probably the best browser for Linux

You shouldn't have to enter any DNS, you don't do that in your browser, I
think there is a setup wizard but I am not sure, yeah basically after you
install it you just connect to the internet and run it.
