for the redhat guys

Hello all,
  Over the weekend I decided to download and install Redhat 7.3. I was
pleasantly suprised to see it came with kde3! I would like to ask this
of the Redhat guys though, I am lost without the control-center of
Mandrake and the Software Manager of Mandrake. What substitutes does
RedHat have as far as those two? I already know about RedHat's Control
Center and it's RPM(kpackage) and those leave a lot to be desired when
compared to Mandrakes packages of the same sort. Does RedHat have better
ways of handling those 2? I could live without the Control Center as I
have enough knowledge to stumble through manually but would love to find
a software manager comparable to Mandrake's. Any thoughts?
