[nflug] Recording audio output

There is a program called "jack" that will do exactly what you need. (
http://jackaudio.org/) It has a really nice GUI called qjackctl (
http://qjackctl.sourceforge.net/). You basically set it up to to control all
of your audio IO. You can take sound output from one program and run it into
the audio input of another program, as long as that program works with jack.
Most serious linux audio programs will work with jack (audacity is one of
them).

It looks like you may already have jack installed. You just might need to
set it up as your sound driver for audacity and then run qjackctl to manage
the audio IO.

Good luck!
