[nflug] Hal is messed up

One solution to try is:

apt-cache clean
apt-get install -f
apt-get remove hal
apt-get install hal
apt-get install -f

This should clean the apt's chache out, and re-load hal.  If apt
complains about a file not existing, touch a file there and re-run it.
