I downloaded this and looked at it.  I couldn't find an actual doc
file.  I did find a note that no English doc file exists!

Where are the docs?

I am unclear what this does once I install it.  Does it do the same
thing as grub and offer me a boot up menu each time I boot?  That's what
I want.
