[nflug] TW Cable

i don't have a POTS line, and from the fine print, 
that rate continues beyond 12 months.  the 1 year
thing is for the early term fee. (if you want to get
out early u pay $69.95 (which is the installation fee
which was originally waived))

Fios provides 4 POTS lines if u want them,  i don't
need a home phone (I have a cell and an asterisk VoIP
line,  so there's no need)
