ah ancient chinese secret.....(if you remember where that saying came

  Anywho, I will do some pokin on that one, Thanks Bob. This is the
reason why I asked to see Dave's x file. I was wondering if some
parameter needed to be set for dpi or whatever, trouble is, my x logs
say all is well, and his x file is not really a good source because he
has a pcie card while mine is agp. I'll bet ya the problem lies between
agp and a resolution like that, at least on dvi. We'll see.
