thanks, I did try that line and it changed it to another irq (hda
intel), maybe I should have tried it with noapic, maybe I did, don't
remember now, did it so many times. It does suck to put out a box like
this, it always makes Linux look like it's laking, especially to
non-computer people, and these people are. These people are old mandrake
8 clients of mine that came back and really were turned off by shit not
working in mandrake and I talked em round again, now this shit, freakin
intel/phoenix crapola!
1 thing I can say, this box rocks and makes the xp media center side of
it look like a turtle!
