ftp setup

I have a client that wants to be able to transfer
large files to one of our engineers and they are
suggesting we setup ftp server. Are there any client
ftps that can be used on the windows end to access
vsftp ftp server? How can they upload files without
using commands? Just need a basic start on this, I
have tested on a little ftp stuff. I do have a Fed 4
box runnig vsftp any suggestions?
