PDF form filling

Found a method. It's not the most elegant but it works. Anyone 
interested look at

             www.savepdf.com

you send them a pdf file via email and they make it fillable and savable 
within 48 hours. It is available from their web site. Mine was ready at 
4:00am after sending it to them around 7 or 8 pm the night before.
