[nflug] ext3 fsck

I'm not looking to really change it, I don't have a problem doing it 
twice a year. Just doing some updates and wanting to know how long it 
will take to come backup so I know what to tell people. If it will be 
down for 1 hour or 4.  I'll most likely be doing it remotely and when I 
reboot it want to know how long to expect for it to come up.

the dumpe2fs work fine.
