Hi Ron,

Put all files in a directory, then run mkisofs to make a cd-image out 
of it:
mkisofs -R -o filetoburn.raw [directory]

Then I use cdrecord (but I'm sure you can figure out cdtoast):
cdrecord -v dev=0,0 filetoburn.raw

Tataa!
