If you download the ISO from a Linux box, simply open a terminal and use
the command

#md5sum filename.iso

it will return the same number as the posted md5sum if the file is ok.

If you use a Windows box to download the file someone else can tell us
both how it is done.

Not sure if the md5sum can be checked after burning as the cd will not
contain the ISO file, rather the contents of the ISO will be there
separated into their proper directories.  Some please correct me if I am
mistaken.
