mozilla profile annoyance

yes it did just start with the newer version of Mozilla. I use the 
desktop switcher all the time and use im's to pass links to sites back 
and forth if I'm working on something with somebody and it was really 
annoying with that stupid profile manager popping up. Somehow in the 
works at Mozilla, they didn't take into account, those type of things.
