Sharp Zaurus SL-5600

For years, I've used the Palm Pilot (the first one), and then subsequently
the Palm III and IIIvx with an external keyboard for taking notes and
such. It works surprisingly well. The Zaurus is just so much more
powerful. I'm sure that getting an external keyboard for it would be like
having a laptop in your pocket -- without your pants getting so tight.
;-)

For only $80, I'm seriously thinking about it.
