MySQL problems

[One Untraceable]

I installed phpBB and MySQL (MySQL was installed from
an rpm) According to the docs with MySQL I need to run
mysqladmin to set passwords and database names. My
problem is that after installing MySQL I have no
"mysqladmin" to run. I have never used or installed
mysql before, so I could be completely off base here
but can someone tell me where I went worng? This
install was done on a redhat 9 system.
