Efnet is a metwork of IRC servers.  IRC stands for internet relay chat.  It is the oldest form of chat on the internet.  You connect to an IRC server and join a chat "channel".  If anyone is interested you can check out the website I made for channel #Buffalo on the Undernet. http://68.168.66.2/
