Sendmail Vacation

A few things:

1) make sure that vacation is in the /etc/smrsh file
2) check permissions on the vacation binary & it's location (ie /usr/bin)
3) check file permissions on the user's .forward, .vacation & $HOME

Since sendmail should be running as non-root it needs non-root access to
these files.
