Sendmail Vacation

Ok I've got sendmail 8.11.0 running on a redhat 7.0 box. Trying to use 
vacation mail responder, and this is what I get in my maillogs.

Service unavailable

I get these service unavaliable errors when it tries to hand i to vacaiton? 
Ideas?
