stumped?

Ok, is this a program that can be installed under windows, where can it be had? I was trying to get programs running that were already installed on the windows partition. the install shield probably gets invoked on w2k installs but shouldnt on win95/98 installs, i dont know. That is why i was curious about the install of wine that doesnt rely at all on any current/native windows install, i figured it would take that right out of the picture
